Reiki is a wonderful way to help with insomnia getting to sleep

Reiki is a wonderful healing energy that is very beneficial and healing to the body. I use Reiki every night to help me to fall asleep. It is a safe, nurturing energy, that I find is very comforting. For years now, I give myself Reiki as I am falling asleep. Sometimes placing my hands on my head, can really help in getting to sleep and staying asleep. Many clients have mentioned the wonderful relaxing, peaceful energy, they feel when receiving the Reiki energy.It is truly a gift to share with people. Not only can you use Reiki energy on others it is most beneficial to use on yourself as much as you like. Reiki helps, pets, children and adults in relaxing their body and mind, so they have can have a peaceful slumber.
